Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in the process of your return. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Returns Policy
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please file a return request by writing to abdulqudos241@gam.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- For selected categories, we accept a change of mind: Men’s Fashion, Women’s Fashion, Men’s Bags, Women’s Bags, Bedding. Exceptions are women’s intimate apparel, men’s inner wear, swimwear, eyewear, jewellery, watches.
- For electronic items, if items are imported (which is always mentioned), they do not carry any local warranty and are not returned or refunded unless broken or damaged.

Issuance of Refunds
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is not refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
Customers are required to provide complete financial details in order to get their refund.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.
